  • Tue 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. kids training (fun and games on skies)

cross-country safaris:

As a local guide I show you new cross-country skiing areas. Backcountry tours off the trails in safe alpine terrain are also possible. For real adventurers there would of course be multi-day skiing, e.g. hut to hut tours in Scandinavia ...

skating or classic technique?

For newcomers, I usually recommend the classic technique, here it comes quickly to a good sense of achievement.

The natural movement and the stability of the track allow the pace and heart rate to be well dosed.

For sporty people skating is clearly the faster and more balance-demanding movement as well as modern technology.

So I would like to teach you both methods.  Please keep in mind that the equipment required varies greatly.
