Important information about your order

If a detailed quotation cannot be provided, I reserve the right to charge €75 per hour for the time spent preparing the quotation.

Payment
Advance payment requested, please to David Hechl AT23 2050 2000 0226 7789 BIC: SPIMAT21 (XXX)
On-site, cash payment only is desired. PayPal payments are possible with a flat 5% surcharge. If someone cannot pay on-site, the amount due must be deposited in cash at the reception of their accommodation immediately after the lesson. If someone wants to have my invoice added to their hotel bill, this is only possible with a 30% surcharge.

Responsibility of the course participants

A reimbursement of the fee in the event of injury or illness is only possible with a medical certificate. Only unused days (remaining difference) will be refunded (not aliquot!).

Weather-related course cancellations (force majeure) will not be made up for. Private courses are held in all weather conditions. Unused course days expire!

These conditions apply to all deliveries and services of the ski school/nature tours

Cancellation policy

• for one-day bookings up to 14 hours before 20% cancellation fee

• or one-day bookings 13h - 2h before 50% then 100% cancellation fee

Cancellation due to bad weather is not possible; the basic ticket must be paid for the first person, the additional data can be refunded.

On presentation of a medical certificate, the reimbursement of the lessons not taken will be made (not aliquot!).

Jurisdiction, place of fulfillment and choice of law
The place of fulfillment is the seat of the ski school/hiking office, in Kitzbühel. In the event of disputes, the responsible court decides. Austrian law applies to all matters. The contract language is German.
